Scylla & Charybdis: Huh??

As some of you may have discovered, Episode 9 is nearly as labyrinthine as Aeolus.  In other words, if you haven’t started reading this month’s assignment, start now.  Additionally, I recommend that you read a summary/analysis before you attempt Episode 9 to minimize confusion and frustration.  I’m generally an advocate of giving it the old college try before before diving into companion resources, but not this time.  We have several Cliffs Notes here at the Library, or you can just access the material online.   Of course, the essays found in The New Bloomsday Book are even more helpful.  Remember, you can find this book and Ulysses: Annotated in the Reference section at every EPL location.   I’ll try to post some clarifying thoughts on the blog before too long.
